Tim O'Steen is an experienced Business Analyst in the property insurance industry. He began his career in property insurance with Citizens Property Insurance Corporation of Florida in 2005. While with Citizens, Tim gained insight into many aspects of the operations from a company perspective, including underwriting, legislative correspondence, property inspection, and agency compliance review. Tim was responsible for coordinating systems changes to Citizens policy administration system from requirements gathering through testing and approval. Tim also coordinated all changes with external print vendors. Tim moved on to a claims reporting and data warehousing focus in his time with other Florida insurance carriers.
During his time as Data Manager with Elements Property Insurance Corporation Tim was responsible for the design and maintenance of Elements SQL server database. Tim worked with a team of employees and consultants to design and implement Elements data warehouse. He was also responsible for ad hoc reporting for Executives, Auditor, and Regulatory requests.
Tim holds a 2-20 Property and Casualty General Lines Agent license in the state of Florida. He studied Business Analysis at Villanova University. Among other certifications, he is a MicroStrategy Certified Designer.
